"Wrong items in my order"
I opened my order and realized a few of the items weren’t what I actually bought. Super frustrating, but what made it worse was contacting support and feeling like they were blaming me for the mix-up instead of just helping fix it. Disappointing experience overall

"Nice folders, but the embossing barely shows"
The folders themselves look nice, but the embossing came out shallow and uneven. I kind of feel trapped with them now because they’re technically usable, but they don’t look as polished as I expected.

I tried using the promo code, but it never actually applied at checkout. Maybe I missed something, but my gut says it just wasn’t working properly.

My order got here way faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Still, with how little communication there was, I was expecting at least a quick apology or acknowledgment.

"Not really my style"
I was hoping to find more modern-looking dies and stamps, but a lot of the designs felt either dated or a little too cutesy for what I usually make. The site itself was fine to use, but the selection just didn’t do much for me. I also reached out to support with a question and kind of felt like they were putting it on me for not searching better, which didn’t leave the best impression.

"Had all the little stuff I needed"
Sizzix had the cutting pads and those little extra bits I was looking for, which was nice. Everything was easy to find, and it saved me from having to bounce around to this site and that site trying to track it all down

"Too pricey for what you get"
i mean, I do like the dies, but the prices feel high for what you get. Even when there’s a sale, it still doesn’t really feel worth it to me

Some of the dies cut really nice, but one plate got warped faster than I was expecting. It’s still usable, so not a big problem, but I do wish the quality was little more consistent

"Hard to use and seriously annoying"
I went on sizzix.com just trying to look for some dies, and it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages were slow, the filters didn’t really work the way I expected, and I kept getting bounced around instead of actually finding the product I wanted. On top of that, I had to deal with repeated verification prompts, which got old really fast.
The mobile menu feels messy too, with things hidden in weird spots and search results that weren’t very helpful. After clicking around for a while and being asked to verify again, I just gave up. For a craft site, shopping around should feel fun and easy, not like a chore...

"Works well, just takes a little trial and error"
I’ve had good luck using this machine with paper and thinner cardstock. For basic projects, it does the job nicely, and once I figured out the right sandwich, the dies were straightforward to use.
I did run into a few issues with thicker felt and some faux leather pieces. It cut some of them fine, but a couple needed extra passes and still didn’t quite go all the way through.
Overall, I think it’s a good machine, especially for lighter materials. I just wish the material guide gave a little more detail, since it can take some experimenting to know what will work best.

"Sizzix support basically saved the day"
I had a question about my order and messaged sizzix support, fully expecting to wait forever and spiral a little. But nope, they got back to me way faster than I thought they would, and I was shocked in the best way. They actually answered my question too, not one of those robotic copy-paste replies that makes you question everything. The person was super friendly, and my issue got sorted without a million messages back and forth. Honestly, 10/10, I was way more relieved than the situation probably required

"Kind of a hassle to use"
I don’t know, the whole site just felt annoying to me. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed, and it felt like everything took longer than it should. Then the checkout got confusing too, and at that point I was already irritated, so I just gave up. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it really wasn’t easy to use.

"Still not sure when my refund is coming"
I sent my return back a while ago, though I’m a little confused on the timing because the updates haven’t been very clear. The whole return process was more of a hassle than I expected, and I still haven’t seen the refund come through yet

It still works really well and cuts just fine, but the pads do get scratched up quickly!! Not a dealbreaker for me, just something to keep in mind.

"Checkout was easy"
I had a good time checking out on Sizzix. I found what I needed, and the cart updated like it was supposed to, which is always a relief. Oh, and I liked that the shipping cost showed up before I paid because I hate surprises at the end. Payment went through fine too, no weird error messages or anything. One page did load a little slow for me, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was a smooth checkout.

"Tracking was alright, but not perfect"
The package did arrive, so no issues there. The tracking was just a little off, not sure how to explain it, but the updates seemed to come in later than I expected...

The machine does what it’s supposed to, so I’ll give it some credit there. That said, it feels flimsy, and mine broke sooner than I expected. It’s fine while it lasts, I guess, but I’m not sure I’d count on it long-term
